An individualised and holistic assessment to assist in your health goals will be formulated. Factors other than diet and exercise can impact your weight, such as stress. Our health assessments consider all areas, not just eating and exercise.
Diabetes is a complex medical condition that may involve a range of different medications as tools to assist in its management. At My Healthy Body Clinic our dietitian is also a credentialed diabetes educator and will be able to assist in meeting your diabetes/health goals in line with your medication regimen if required.

Healthy ageing is suitable for any age. Clients in their 30s and 40s may start to pay attention to their bone health or their cardiovascular risk factors. Healthy ageing will assist with promotion of disease prevention and reducing family history disease risk.
Females going through menopause often discuss changes to their body. It is important for the peri menopausal female (42 years and onwards) and a post-menopausal female to focus on their overall health. Specific areas to target are weight management. Attention to abdominal fat for reducing blood pressure risks, blood lipids, fatty liver disease and heart disease risks. In addition, a focus on bone health and muscle maintenance is important for post-menopausal females.
Healthy weight management can assist a number conditions, including Type 2 Diabetes, Fatty Liver Disease, Sleep Apnoea, Hypertension, Blood Lipids and Joint Pain. These conditions are called weight related conditions. Research suggests these conditions can have a significant benefit with a 10% total body weight loss result.
